Privacy policy.

When you order. Your name, phone number, email address, and delivery address. We need these to take payment, ship your watch, and reach you if something goes wrong.

When you browse. A randomly generated visitor identifier stored in your browser, the pages you view, the products you open, and the items you add to your bag. Alongside this we record your device type and, from your network connection, an approximate country, region, and city. We do not request or use precise GPS location.

When you message us. WhatsApp conversations you start with us, including the pre-filled order message and anything you send afterwards.

We never collect or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or banking passwords. Those go directly to our payment gateway and are never visible to us.

• To take payment for, pack, and deliver your order.
• To answer your questions and handle returns or claims.
• To understand which products and pages people find useful, so we can merchandise the shop better.
• To measure our advertising, so we do not waste money showing ads to people who do not want them.
• To meet our legal and tax obligations, including keeping invoice records.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the shop:

• Our payment gateway, to process your payment and any refund.
• Our courier partners, to deliver your order — they receive your name, address, and phone number only.
• Supabase, which hosts our database, and Vercel, which hosts and serves this website.
• Meta, which receives measurement events about site activity so we can evaluate our advertising.
• Our accountants and, where the law requires it, tax or law-enforcement authorities.

We use the Meta Pixel, and a matching server-side connection, to measure the performance of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. These record actions such as viewing a product, adding to bag, and completing a purchase, and may be linked to your Meta account if you have one.

You can limit this through your Meta ad preferences, or by using your browser’s tracking-protection settings. Blocking it does not affect your ability to browse or buy from us.

We use your browser’s local storage rather than tracking cookies for our own purposes: one entry holds the contents of your bag so it survives a refresh, and one holds the random visitor identifier described above. Neither contains your name, address, or payment details.

Clearing your browser data removes both. Your bag will empty, and you will be counted as a new visitor.

Order records, including invoices, are kept for eight years to meet Indian tax and accounting requirements. Browsing and analytics records are kept in an aggregated form and are not used to identify you individually. WhatsApp conversations remain in our business inbox until we delete them.

This site is served over HTTPS with HSTS enforced. Our database sits behind row-level security rules that restrict what any public client can read, and administrative access requires a separate authenticated account. No system is perfect, but we do not take shortcuts here.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email zenvier.in@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

We may need to keep invoice records even after a deletion request, because tax law requires it. We will tell you if that applies.

This shop is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email zenvier.in@gmail.com and we will delete it.
