References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Zenvier Watches, trading as Zenvier. References to “you” mean the person placing the order.

We sell quartz wristwatches and watch sets. We photograph every model as accurately as we can, but screens vary, and minor differences in colour or finish between the photographs and the item you receive are not a defect.

Specifications listed on a product page — movement, case material, case size, crystal, and water resistance — describe that model accurately at the time of publication. Water resistance ratings describe laboratory conditions: a 3 ATM rating means splash-resistant, not suitable for swimming, showering, or diving.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we confirm your order, and we may decline an order before that point — for example if an item is out of stock, if the price was listed in error, or if we cannot deliver to your address.

Stock is limited and is not reserved by adding an item to your bag. An item is only held for you once your order is confirmed.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Shipping is free across India, so the price shown is the price you pay.

We accept prepaid payment only — UPI, credit and debit cards, and net banking. Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway; we never see or store your full card number, UPI PIN, or banking credentials.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price through human or technical error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after confirmation. We will always tell you before doing so.

Delivery is governed by our shipping & delivery policy, and cancellations, returns and refunds by our returns, refunds & cancellations policy. Both form part of these terms.

You agree not to:

• Place orders fraudulently, or using a payment method that is not yours.
• Copy, scrape, or republish our photography, product copy, or design without written permission.
• Attempt to interfere with, probe, or overload this site or its infrastructure.
• Resell our products as your own brand, or misrepresent your relationship with us.

The Zenvier name, logo, product photography, and site design belong to us and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. Buying a watch does not transfer any of those rights to you.

Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — for instance lost time, lost earnings, or missed occasions arising from a delayed delivery.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other Indian law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms as the business changes. The version published on this page when you place your order is the version that applies to it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
